I hope you all had an amazing holiday with your family and friends. I have been aching to get back into my regular blogging schedule and can’t wait to share some of the amazing weddings and other inspiration with you in the near future. This next real wedding is my 1,000th post (woot woot!) and the first real wedding of 2011. Talk about momentous!
So let’s get to it! Sent over by Capture It! Photography, Phillip & Erika is SO unique. It’s asian inspired with an extra modern twist. The bride and groom sure have a defined sense of style and the florals are just jaw-dropping. The bouquet itself should be put into a shadow box and considered artwork. Enjoy!
Says Sheri (the photographer): Their ceremony was held at the always amazing Petroleum Club. It was a touching ceremony and it beautifully reflected the love that the two of them share. During the ceremony, a ring was passed around the attendees to be blessed personally by each and every guest. The grooms grandfather started the ring warming with a small reading and the ring was then passed around, tied to a beautiful ribbon.
Fitting their personalities, instead of dance, boardgames were on hand for an evening of fun and friendship! The guests LOVED this idea and I love that it was befitting of the wedding couple!
