I like checking out Rachel Ray’s centerpiece of the month because it’s usually out of the ordinary and innovative. So, for February, Jennifer Bertrand, winner of HGTV’s Design Star chose to use paper lanterns in a non-traditional way, by arranging them at the center of the table alongside some votives, pillar candles and rose petals.
